The objects of the Society are:
(a) To become and remain registered with the Guild.
(b) To further the interests of enrolled students.
(c) To assist new students with orientation to the University.
(d) To encourage and promote cooperation between the Society and other Student societies.
(e) To do all things that are necessary and proper for the benefit and advancement of the Society and the Guild.
(f) To support, represent and provide opportunities for involvement to students that love chemistry.
(g) To give students opportunities to further their skills inside and outside the professional sphere and to expand their networks, by offering a mix of career orientated and social events to balance the busy schedule that is often demanded of chemistry.
(h) To provide a common room on level 4 of the Chemistry Building (B500) to provide free space to study with desk and books to use.
(i) To provide discounted chemistry items, such as spatulas, when able.
